The Jackson - Destiny (preloved) VG

Destiny is a sharp, commercial peak for The Jacksons, blending disco, funk and polished pop into one of the group’s most durable late-1970s statements. Issued in 1978, it marked a key step in their post-Motown evolution, with the family group taking more control of their sound and leaning into tighter rhythms, brighter hooks and club-ready momentum. The album yielded the breakout single “Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)” and the irresistible “Blame It on the Boogie”, songs that helped define the era’s crossover between R&B and disco. Sleek, confident and built for movement, Destiny remains one of their best-regarded albums.
