Refund policy

At Bad Neighbour Records, we want you to be happy with what you buy. Because vinyl is a delicate (and often finicky) format, we handle returns with care and fairness.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on vinyl records.
For non-vinyl items (merch, accessories), we can offer a store credit if the item is returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Defective or Faulty Records

If your record arrives defective (for example: severe warping, major pressing faults, or skipping that is not caused by equipment setup), please email us at info@bnrecords.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will:

  1. Assess the issue

  2. Arrange a replacement if available

  3. Or issue a refund/store credit if the title is out of stock

Please include a short video or photo so we can sort it out quickly.

Return Shipping

If an item is faulty, we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage.

In-Store Purchases

All return timeframes and conditions apply to in-store purchases as well.
